As a Jira admin, be able to see all Tempo reports created and detailed usage of the app

We are trying to get a clear overview of how many users are currently using the full features of Capacity planner.

Is there a way, as a Jira admin to get that information ?

I checked the app usage but I would like to have a clear view of how many teams/users are planning time for themselves or their teams.

Also, as a Jira admin, can we have a view over all the reports previously created by users ?
