I just had a number of users locate old tickets from 18+ months ago and log time to them even though the project they were under is no longer in use. Being able to set the scope of which projects are available for Tempo would be a huge win.
This feature is a must for us to implement Tempo Timesheets and Tempo Planner.
Most of our projects don't need Timesheets, and work logged in those projects actively disrupts Planned vs Actual reporting.
