Possibility to exclude certain projects from Tempo

Even Tempo is widely used in company we have some projects which do not use Tempo.

Usability and clarity perspective would be good to have option to hide Tempo from those projects.

    I just had a number of users locate old tickets from 18+ months ago and log time to them even though the project they were under is no longer in use. Being able to set the scope of which projects are available for Tempo would be a huge win.
