Ability to create reports that shows users who haven't logged time for specific period

It would be nice if we could create reports that shows users who haven't logged time for specific period.

This report should also be exportable for communication purposes.

    Hi, We have released this feature (Showing users with 0 hrs logged) for Tempo Timesheet Cloud users and it's available in Logged time report that can be exported in different formats. You can learn more about this feature here. Thank you.
