Refresh plans

The Tempo Resource Planning view will be nice to have similar uncionality like Jira Kanban board- refreshing. We use this panel during our daily when we plan work. Now when someone makes a change of plan other users who view this panel in the same time don;t have information about changes and watch old data. This should work like kanban board.
