Investigating reports I noticed that there is a very useful "Log Delay" field in a report. However, unfortunately, I can't filter out the issues which worklogs have been made earlier than a certain date. So, it would be useful to have one more "worklog time and date" variable which could be used in conjunction with a "worklogDate" variable to calculate the "Log Delay".

Can you please clarify that what you are asking for is to be able to filter by log delay in logged time report UI. If not can you please clarify further.
