Automatic time tracking on workflow

Please add a post-function (or other configuration mechanism) of the tempo plugin, which will automatically enable the counter when switching to the "in operation" status, and automatically disable it when switching to another status.

This mechanism would greatly simplify the reflection of labor costs with a large number of tasks and support groups.
