Want to be able to view the status of timesheets without having to be an approver

I would like to be able to create a permission where admins can see all timesheets and their status but not appear as an approver. Currently they can see timesheets, but not approvals when not an approver. In the Timesheet view, can you add the timesheets status.

    We would also need this in the cloud environment.

    You have a service user (integration_user) used by a reporting system to pull the status of employee timesheets using the Tempo API. This user requires access to:

    GET tempo/4/timesheet-approvals/user/{userKey}

    But it should never be listed as a selectable approver in the UI when users submit timesheets.
