Create / assign workload scheme to specific month

We would like to create workload scheme for a specific month. During a holiday period ( August) our work schedule is from 8-15h and the rest of the year from 9-18h so it would be so useful to have the option to assign the workload scheme to a specific month.

It would be awesome, if one would not move a user to a workload scheme, but assign a workload scheme to a user with an additional (optional) field "effective from" to set a date.

One should be able to assign multiple workload schemes to a user. As soon as more than one workload scheme is assigned, the new field "effective from" becomes mandatory. Multiple assigned workload schemes cannot have the same date set for "effective from".

When calculating the correct expected hours for the user, the multiple assigned workload schemes are applied depending on their "effective from" date - which can (theoretically) change daily.

We have an employee, which will switch from full-time to part-time for a specific but limited amount of time.

That possibility will be added to our company policy in the future.

We want our Jira users to be able to use the timesheet and work-week view as they are used to. Therefor, e.g. the displayed number of hours worked against expected should always be correct.
Especially when the user submits their monthly timesheet. When he first switches from to part-time, and he was moved to the workload scheme with the lower number of hours, it will be displayed as if he had worked overtime (for those days he correctly worked full-time). When he switches back to full-time and was moved to the workload scheme with the higher number of hours, it will be displayed as if he had worked undertime (for those days he correctly worked part-time).
