Parse custom field information in export to show only the name

Some JIRA custom fields that can be included in Tempo exports show a lot of data.

It seems to be information of a Java object instead of json payload.

Parsing the value would make the information better understandable.
Fields affected are f.x. Sprint, Flagged and Request Type.
