When we are downloading an all users report to measure and track time-sheeting completion, the Required Hours calculation from the report does not take into account the start date of a new user, so it shows an incorrect progress %. It would be very useful for the required Hours number to be calculated from a user's start date in the period. That way the progress % number is not inaccurate.

Hi, we are experiencing the exact same problem and it makes end of period reporting quite tricky, and it's confusing when trying to chase down timesheets.
Added to this, if a new joiner starts, mid week they will not see their relevant approver if we use start dates when adding them to a Team.
This problem also affects users with the Server / DC version of Tempo
We have the same problem and it's really annoying as it blocks us from using reports at full organisational scale! @Ruchi there are team joining and leaving dates - we would expect those to be used, any reason they cannot?
thanks,
Mike
Currently we do not have the start date of the new hire due to which we cannot implement this feature.
