Allow a user to hide Set Start and End time from Log Time UI

It's neccessary have the option to hide Set start and ent time from the Log Time pop-up windows UI because cause many confusion when the users put time beacuse they put more hours than should be and make a huge amont of work in the financial team auditing that.

    In the My Work List View you can hide Start Time and End Time using the X in front of it.
