Start/End Time of a Plan should be Visible on the "Plan Item" Card within the Resource Planning View

When the Tempo Planner option "Use start and end times when planning time" is enabled, the Days view of the Resource Planning board should for each Plan display also the entered Start/End time.

Please see the attached screenshot to better understand my suggestion.

Currently, user must click on the Plan to open its edit mode in order to see the Start/End time. This is not very user friendly.

    Would make my life so much easier as I plan servcie requests and change for my servciedesk team!
