Release a reminder before end of period

In our case, timesheets are submitted on a monthly basis.

A reminder is planned at end of period (which is end of month, at 11:59 pm) but lots of peole don't submit their timesheet before receiving this notification (or even several!).

This would be very helpful for us to release a first reminder to all our Jira users a few days before end of period to be sure people submit on time.

    It would be great to easily see in a report which users still need to submit their timesheet. Sending an automated reminder to them would be even better
