The Account custom field is a key attribute for a big part of the organization using Jira and Tempo, BUT, the field is not used for all parts of the organization. Hence we can't set it to required at worklog level. Also, it is not possible to set it as required at the Jira field configuration.
Please give an administrator the option to set the Account customfield to Required in a Field Configuration.
