In some case when team have meeting or organizes internal training each participant need log time for it and in every participant logged same meeting with different description.
Why not allow some person or all ( if it's easier ) to share they logged work with other participant for they acceptance.
In this case, PM, manager or coach can unify description for each participant.
In another case even if someone forgot to log work for some meeting it will appear for her/his acceptance.
