Possibility to add time tracker on planned record

Using the "My work" window, after a click on a planned record, the user can add a time tracker (not only log time).

For example, I have planned a bug-resolve from 8am to 1pm. At 8am I started the tracker and when I resolve the bug (for example at 10.30am) stop the tracker.

Then, on submit, log the tracked time and not the planned time.
