Add plan from Calendar View

When in the list view of the My Work page, it's easy to highlight the end of the column to either Log Time or Plan Time.

However, when in the Calendar View, we only have a single "+" option, and that initiates a Log Time window. It would be very useful while planning your day or week to create plans here. It could be a similar dual-option selection for Log or Plan time.
