Remove timesheet approval permission for payroll access

Hi,

Our company is struggling with a few users submitting timesheets to the wrong person. Currently to allow payroll access to view worklogs and approval logs they require the Approve Timesheets permission, because of this, their name is displayed when submitting a timesheet. No matter how many times I educate our employees (mainly our workshop staff), someone always has their timesheet rejected because they submitted it to a Payroll employee not their Line Manager. Due to Auditing purposes we cannot have a payroll employee approve a timesheet.

I believe Tempo is testing a Global Permissions function but it would be greatly appreciated if we could get something that allows us to limit the amount of people a user can submit a timesheet to.
