Hey :) we also have the problem that the account field is too short. But not only in the 'Log time' dialog also when we creat a new Issue. What also disturbs us is that there is no standard. Sometimes it is the Account name with the key, sometimes without the key.

We have few problems / suggestions about UX too
account as well as other work attributes are truncated (on worklog as well as issue screens)
I can't type and search a work attribute value
there is a lot of space between work-attributes and with 6 work attributes I have to scroll the windows
