Make selection of other user more intuitive in Log Time dialog

In the log time dialog, users with the "Log work for others/ manage team worklogs" permission can create worklogs for others.

I many user dropdowns, clicking the field opens a dropdown with available users. In the log Time dialog, users need to start writing the name of the user they want to log work for. This is not indicated in any way in the dialog and can cause confusion when trying to log for others as there seems to be no way to select a different user.
