Some gadgets, like the Tempo Account Budget Burn-up Chart, requires the the Approve Timesheets permission to view data,

Currently, if you do not have the right permissions, you are allowed to add the gadget and set-up the parameters for the gadget, but it will just stay empty.

It would be nice to have some sort of "error message"/ Log entry when the user does not have the correct permissions - otherwise it can be irritating to try and pinpoint why no data is showing.

E.g in picture --> “User XYZ is not allowed to view the gadget ABC because he doesn’t have the permission “Approve Timesheets”.
