Hide "Submit Period" button if no approval workflow is configured

This rather prominently positioned button is great if you are using Tempo for worksheet approval. If you do not use it, or (even worse) you have to do your approvals in a different tool altogether, the button is misleading and causes unnecessary support calls.


Please hide this button if no approval workflow is enabled.
This could be controlled by adding a new option to
Tempo > Settings >> Period Configuration > Periods Used for Approvals: Disabled
