What we are missing is the possibility to have knowledge on the cumulating hours- and each employee (and possible their team leader) have the view on their hours.
For example employees working hours are 37.5h/weekly, she is working 39.5h on some week, and another 33h, we want to know the cumulating hours- how many hours does the employee have their “saldo hour bank”, in this case if the hours are 0 when starting the counting, total is -2.5h.
