At this moment only admins can create worklog types and some of them used to prove to be too general later on (even if the end used suggested it).
By enabling to add different tags, we could filter and make better statistics later.
It makes even more sense, as different tasks can have the same types of activities. Such as a meetup and yearly event both needs video editing, copywriting.
