Able to change one weekend to working date without effecting other weekend

I would like to be able to change a specific weekend on Saturday/Sunday to the working day in the workload scheme without effecting all the other Saturdays/Sundays of the year.

The use case is that Saturday is marked as the holiday for RU. But the day of 20.2.2021 is a working day by Russian working schedule.
