Risk Flag to view and Set RAG (Red, Amber, Green) status of work items under Team plan to identify risk to plans

Pls provide options to set and view the Red, Amber, Green status of work items under Team plan

Under Team - expand Plans by member and By Item wise ability to add RAG status and change it daily as per progress to identify risk to plans.
