It would be very welcome to be able to construct budget (both cost budget which exists as well as revenue budget, as requested in another idea) based on an estimated effort in hours per role, and calculated using the cost and billing rates accordingly.
Estimated total effort should be available in Overview screen and in a separate Role aggregated view (similar to Team view), where estimated effort vs actual and corresponding costs shall be displayed.
