We are big international compagny (Veolia) and using both Tempo and BigPicture with Jira. We have lots of complex projects schedulled visually in BigPicture. But we are also into Tempo for capacity mgt. The only VERY INCOVINIENT thing is to sync manually all Tempo plans each time we change project schedule (manager thru BigPicture view in Jira). The fact that it is not automated requires hours of work to replannning everithing in Tempo MANUALLY and, moreover, it's huge source of humain errors. It would be reallu great you make an effort to integrate Tempo planner with BigPicture (Start/End date fields). Without this integration we will be probably obliged to abandon Tempo planner ad use Ressource module in BigPicture instead (it's too bad because in Tempo we have some super possibilities such as assigning multiple rss to a task and planning task on a Team lvl in the Timeline view). So, frankly, it would have been a waist to abandon tempo because of absence of syncing on Starrt/End date fileds..
