The ability to report effort in days

currently time in the reports is reported in hours. we have a wide variety of stakeholders that look at these reports. some want it reported in days, others in hours. it would be great if this was configurable on a report/user level.

    Would be great to have a setting that would change hours to days. In our company we're not tracking in hours but only days.
