Team report with all the team members whatever the quantity of work they recorded

I' like to have in the team reports (filtered by team) a line for all the active team members, including those who recorded 0 hour.

At the moment they do not appear if they don't have at least 1 worklog over the period, and within the filter.

It's making impossible to detect them, while it's part of the expected analysis of the team timesheets.
