Problem Statement:

There are four filters used by users in Timesheet. For the filters H1,H2,H3, the no. of issues in the filter result and the no. of issues showing in the Timesheet are matching. But for the H0 filter, the same is not happening. Some of the issues of H1 filter are showing up in the timesheet list when H0 filter is selected. This is creating a confusion among the users filling the timesheet.

Reply from Tempo Support Portal:

As this views default functionality is to show a users worklogs, it is currently not possible to remove issues that work has been logged on, even when they are not part of the selected filter.

Suggestion:

Can we modify the default view to show only the issues which are a part of selected filter only?
