accounts are powerful when used to sync with billing systems. They effectively act as charge code. But accounts have budgets. It would therefore be useful to be able to cap the amount of hours/days that can be charged to an account. This could be achieved with a field called maximum effort to store a decimal value of hours/days. Then on saving the worklog a validation similar the one run today to check if the account is open/closed, could check whether the account maximum has been reached (sum of all worklogs on the account). If exceeded it would throw an error and prevent saving the worklog. If not exceeded it would proceed as usual.
