Issue links in the inline dialog box (timesheet)

Hello,

We found out that there're no more links to issues, when clicking on specific log of a timesheet (got attachment). It's a bit confusing for users - there is no opportunity to navigate between issues properly.

It's only possible to edit issues of active period but not possible to go to the current issue, that already set.

Grouping timesheets by the issues might be irrelevant when it comes to cases with large timesheets. So adding the links will allow to get more convenient timesheet analysis.
