Tempo mobile application to not have the submit function as mandatory

Please remove the mandatory of Submission of work logs in Tempo Mobile app. We don't use that at all and it is very confusing to users when Tempo mobile app sends a notification that "Your timesheet is due to be submitted".

Could it be configurable from Tempo mobile app settings like ON/OFF? Until it is configurable we can't start using the Tempo mobile app even though we would love to.
