Yes, this is really a problem for us. We have Project Manager planning people and asking Team Manager for Review/Approval, but they do not get notifications, only the Reviewer (Team Manager). As the Creator of a plan is also know in the database, you should be able to use this info to send also notifications to the Creator, if someone else changed, deleted, etc. his or her plan.
