Editable on-screen text and export text localization file in Tempo Setup

Tempo sells its products worldwide through Atlassian and Atlassian partners.

It is true, that default IT language is English, still it's needed to let Tempo customers to localize Tempo on-screen texts and Tempo texts in exported reports to their own language.

Each text could have maximum lenght, so that Tempo can minimalize UI problems.

I do not suggest creating language specific localizations by Tempo, because Tempo "language" might vary on companies.
