Consider start date when importing plans - This is a bug

We started using Tempo planner import feature and we are facing an issue at the moment. Please refer the following scenario,

Jira Task Id	Duration (Hours)	Start Date	Due Date
2997	4	23/03/2021 (4 Hours)	23/03/2021
2998	8	23/03/2021 (4 Hours)	24/03/2021 (4 Hours)
2999	12	24/03/2021 (4 Hours)	25/03/2021 (8 Hours)

When we use the import feature in Tempo planner, we get attached the plan which is incorrect. Would you please check this and let us know a solution ?
