Groups are so important. No-one wants to constantly maintain this manually in larger organisations...

    Hello All,
In Our company we are on the Data Center JIRA instance, but we have thousands of users using time booking functionality of TEMPO timesheets.
This functionality would help us a lot and would automate the process, as now, each time the new user comes to the company, the Holiday scheme needs to be added for him manually.

    Thanks for the feedback!

We recently released a similar feature with Manage Staff for Tempo for Jira Server and Data Center. This solution supports adding users in bulk to Workload and Holiday schemes. It does not support adding a Jira group as such to the schemes, but you can filter by Jira groups and move all the members of the group into a Workload/Holiday scheme in a single operation. I'd be curious to know if this would satisfy your use case.

We will bring this feature to cloud, but at the moment we do not have a definitive ETA.

    Cheers,

    Hlynur Johnsen
