Cannot scroll without mouse wheel in My Work and Planning

We cannot scroll the pages My Work and Planning without mouse wheel.

Arrows wants to scroll the whole page but not the Timesheet and the scroll bar at the right side is hidden by the main scroll bar.

All user aren't using the mouse wheel or gestures, they want to use arrows or pgup/down.

The problem was testend in Edge and Firefox on windows and Safari and Firefox on Mac.
