With many consultancies you have Standard, Senior and many different practitioners. These may bill at different rates.

i.e. at the start of an issue you may have a standard consultant billing at X say $50 per hour.

This may then escalate too a a Senior consultant who bills at a Different rate, say Y at $75.

It would be great if you had this out of the box. I.e. issue has stanard consultant log 3 hours, and a Senior consultant log 2 hours. 3x50+2x75=300.

Yes I realise you can have different rates associated with different projects. A more fine grain mechanism is needed that goes to individual users OR user roles.
