Plan time assignee

Hello


I would like to ask about the PlanTime feature on issue details.
The situation is, I have an issue with an Assignee defined (some developper) and myself as a Project Manager Im making a plantime for this dev to this issue.

Whenever Im making the plantime, the assignee is pre-filled with my name.

Could you please make a feature be able to configure somewhere, so there will be the Issue assignee pre-filled in the plan dialog window?
