As a resource manager, I need the ability to shift an entire resource plan for a project team. This scenario happens when a project is in a projected opportunity state and the start date changes or if a project is delayed and the project manager needs to make a change. This feature would allow me to modify all plans for that project (or team) with one update instead of having to touch all plans individually.
