Allow users to modify his plan time

A user can't modify his plan time.

The lead plan time and he can't modify it..

If I give him the permissions "Manage Team Plan", he can do it but he can also modify that of his colleagues and that he should not be able to do ...

    Hi I would like this for Cloud version also. Sometimes Team Leads plan times, but members use less/more time so they can update their planned time.

    I would be keen to see the former implemented. i.e. A user can change their own time on the plan and it triggers an email to the Team Lead (or Reviewer if one is specified) and puts the plan into Pending status.

    Are you viewing this more as a 'Suggest new time' - Back for approval, or the subject of the plan is free to modify as they see fit?
