For complence tracking it is important for us to monitor who is entering tempo time throughout the month and who is not entering time so we can follow up with them. To help with that ,the request is that there is an option for the reports to include people who have zero time entered. This would be visable on the screen when the report is presented as well as being part of the raw details extract.
