COLLAPSIBLE WORK ATTRIBUTES ON LOG TIME SCREEN

Some work attributes are important to be displayed always for everyone (Tempo account fro example), but there could be others which are not.

Now work attributes are displayed always for everyone, even if the user does not have to fill the work attribute field.

It would be user friendly, if Tempo admin could set up for a work attribute, if it shall be displayed always, or if it shall be "hidden" inside a collapsible work attribute section.

Attributes which are set to be "Collapsible", are displayed inside a collapsible section, and shows only if user clicks on the expandable section name.
