Switch off the ability for employees to see 'Plans' when they are still WIP

While working out the details on Tempo planner, it would help immensely to be able to hide those temporary/WIP plans from showing in employees' 'Plans'. This confuses them a lot and make them rely much less on looking at Plans when filling their timesheets when those plans are -indeed- correct
