Currently if you set availability of a staff member to be 50% from Date A to Date B then 100% from Date B to Date C it will average their availability over the entire period (Date A to Date C) to determine planned cost. This means that cash flow related estimates are not as accurate in terms of timing and means we need to do project ramp up costings in separate software.
