We are IT service provider and we are supporting many customers. For our intern company we use JSM and the Tempo App (for now Demo, considering to buy it). With JSM we create issues that has been or will be done at the customer. Now with the Tempo we can also track our work time, so at the end of the month the customer will know what we´ve done and how long we needed for the support.
We would like to see the ability, when we export the report into pdf file that the start and end time will also be shown. Right now we can only see the start time and the time that has been worked in the pdf file.
e.g. what we see now 3:15pm --> 15m.
And now we would also see 3:15pm --> 15m --> 3:30pm. So that our customers get this overview.
As you can see in the screenshot, maybe a possibility to also see the end time next to the arrow. So we would also see both, start and end time, in the exported file which would be very great :)
