Holiday hours are an implicit value when calculating a user's total logged work, and they do not show up in exports. For example, if there is a single holiday day in a workweek, a user would log 32 hours, and their submitted timesheet will show 100% completion.
This idea is to add support to export the implicit holiday hours so that exported reports reflect the full hours of an employee. This is in support of DCAA reporting requirements.
In addition, it would be nice if on-screen reports visually showed the holiday hours.

Would you please elaborate on why this will not be implemented? This could be a new column in the export containing the total holiday hours in the period, and so it would not impact backwards compatibility.
