Group (and sum) Cost Trackers in the Cost Tracker list

Allos Cost Trackers to be placed into 1 or multiple groups.

For each group in the Cost Tracker list, display the sum total budget, %, etc. for that group.

Hi All,
Just a quick note to let you know that we have started to work on this feature. Totals will be available on the footer and Tags will facilitate organizing projects in the project list. See attached mockup.
